Where your order comes from
Every piece is made to order and hand-finished in Tampa, Florida. Nothing in this store ships from overseas, which means no customs delays and no surprise duty charges at your door.
How long it takes
Production: 2–5 business days. Each piece is made after you order it, which is why it takes a few days.
Delivery: 3–7 business days after it ships, anywhere in the United States.
Total: most orders arrive within 5–12 business days.
You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order leaves our facility.
Shipping cost
Free on every order within the United States. No minimums, no calculated fees at checkout.
Holiday delivery — order by these dates
To arrive before December 25, place your order by:
- December 12 — standard delivery, recommended
- December 15 — last safe date for most addresses
Orders placed after December 15 will still be made and shipped, but we can't promise they arrive before Christmas. Carrier volume in late December is outside our control.
Where we ship
United States only for now, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses.
Something wrong with your delivery?
If tracking hasn't moved in 5 business days, or your package shows delivered but isn't there, email us and we'll sort it out. We don't make you fight the carrier alone.
