Where's my order? Production takes 2–5 business days, delivery another 3–7. You'll get tracking by email when it ships.

Can I change the engraving? Yes, if you email us within 12 hours of ordering. After that it's already in production.

Will it arrive before Christmas? Order by December 12 and yes. See our shipping page for the full cutoff dates.

Something arrived damaged. Send a photo with your order number and we'll remake it. No return shipping needed.
