Shipping & Delivery
Where your order comes from
Every piece is made to order and hand-finished in Tampa, Florida. Nothing in this store ships from overseas, which means no customs delays and no surprise duty charges for US customers.
How long it takes
Production: 2–5 business days. Each piece is made after you order it, which is why it takes a few days.
Delivery: 3–7 business days after it ships, anywhere in the United States.
You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order leaves our facility.
Shipping cost
- United States — Free on every order, no minimum. Priority delivery available at checkout for $11.99.
- Canada — $9.70 standard (4–8 business days) or $21.50 priority (2–5 business days).
- International — $9.22 standard (3–10 business days) or $24.50 priority (2–5 business days).
Customers outside the United States are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their own country.
Holiday delivery — order by these dates
To arrive before December 25:
- December 12 — United States, standard delivery. Recommended.
- December 15 — United States, last safe date for most addresses.
- December 1 — Canada and international orders.
Orders placed after those dates will still be made and shipped, but we can't promise they arrive before Christmas. Carrier volume in late December is outside our control.
Where we ship
United States including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses, plus Canada and most international destinations.
Something wrong with your delivery?
If tracking hasn't moved in 5 business days, or your package shows delivered but isn't there, email hello@saidingold.com and we'll sort it out with the carrier. We don't make you fight them alone.
Wrong address?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we can usually still change it. Once production starts we can't redirect the package.
