Where your order comes from

Every piece is made to order and hand-finished in Tampa, Florida. Nothing in this store ships from overseas, which means no customs delays and no surprise duty charges for US customers.

How long it takes

Production: 2–5 business days. Each piece is made after you order it, which is why it takes a few days.

Delivery: 3–7 business days after it ships, anywhere in the United States.

You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order leaves our facility.

Shipping cost

United States — Free on every order, no minimum. Priority delivery available at checkout for $11.99.

Canada — $9.70 standard (4–8 business days) or $21.50 priority (2–5 business days).

International — $9.22 standard (3–10 business days) or $24.50 priority (2–5 business days). Customers outside the United States are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.

Holiday delivery

To arrive before December 25, order by December 12. December 15 is the last safe date for most US addresses. Orders placed after that will still be made and shipped, but carrier volume in late December is outside our control and we can't promise Christmas arrival. For orders outside the United States, order by December 1.

Where we ship

United States including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses, plus Canada and most international destinations.

Lost, delayed or missing packages

If tracking hasn't moved in 5 business days, or your package shows as delivered but isn't there, email hello@saidingold.com and we'll sort it out with the carrier. You don't have to chase them yourself.

Wrong address

Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we can usually still change it. Once production starts we can't redirect the package.
